$2,000 for 6 months if paid upfront
In Person Coaching
$500/month
$2,500 for 6 months if paid upfront
Subscription Only
Both virtual and in-person coaching provide the same coaching and fitness plan services, however, in person coaching gives you access to my personal home gym and real-time feedback, and virtual coaching will require you to submit video form checks for feedback.
Included in both options:
Fitness plan adjusted to your specific goals
Form corrections and exercise adjustments to address underactive or overactive muscles
30 minute weekly check-ins
Exercises tailored to available exercise equipment and bodyweight exercises
Weight, body fat percentage, and muscles growth tracking
Access to the NASM Edge fitness app
Nutrition coaching (see nutrition tab)
Training plans will be tailored to your specific goals whether that’s strength training, endurance training, or functional training.
